ROCKET COLLECT TCG

TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing any product, guide, service, consultation, restoration, preservation, cleaning, grading preparation, or other service from Rocket Collect TCG (“Rocket Collect”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS

By submitting any item to Rocket Collect, the customer represents and warrants that:

  • The customer is the lawful owner of the item or has authority to submit the item for service.

  • The item has been lawfully obtained.

  • The customer has the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Rocket Collect provides restoration, preservation, cleaning, grading preparation, consultation, and educational services.

Rocket Collect does not guarantee:

  • Any specific grading outcome.

  • Any increase in card value.

  • Any increase in marketability.

  • Any financial gain.

  • Any particular restoration result.

All grading outcomes are determined solely by the grading company.

Past results do not guarantee future results.

3. GRADING COMPANY INDEPENDENCE

Rocket Collect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC, TAG, or any other grading company.

Rocket Collect has no control over grading decisions and cannot influence grading outcomes.

4. INHERENT RISKS OF SERVICE

Trading card restoration, preservation, cleaning, flattening, humidity treatment, and related services involve handling delicate collectibles.

The customer understands and accepts that all services involve inherent risks.

​While Rocket Collect exercises reasonable care, no outcome can be guaranteed.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Collect’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any service, product, consultation, or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service at issue.

Rocket Collect shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of value.

  • Diminution in value.

  • Lost profits.

  • Lost business opportunities.

  • Consequential damages.

  • Incidental damages.

  • Special damages.

  • Indirect damages.

6. SHIPPING AND TRANSIT

Customers assume all risks associated with shipping items to and from Rocket Collect.

Rocket Collect is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages.

  • Stolen packages.

  • Delayed packages.

  • Carrier errors.

  • Shipping damage occurring during transit.

Customers are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage if desired.​

7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MARKETING RELEASE

By submitting any item to Rocket Collect, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Rocket Collect may photograph, scan, film, record, and document submitted items before, during, and after service.

  • All photographs, videos, recordings, written descriptions, repair notes, demonstrations, educational content, and related media created by Rocket Collect are the sole property of Rocket Collect.

  • Rocket Collect may use such media for educational, promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, workshop guide, product development, and business purposes.

  • Rocket Collect may publicly display before-and-after images and videos of submitted items.

  • Rocket Collect may discuss techniques, processes, and results related to submitted items.

Rocket Collect will make reasonable efforts to avoid disclosing customer-identifying information, including names, addresses, and certification numbers, unless expressly authorized by the customer.​

8. CONFIDENTIALITY REQUESTS

Customers seeking confidentiality must obtain written approval from Rocket Collect prior to the commencement of services.

Rocket Collect is under no obligation to provide confidential services.

Rocket Collect reserves the right to charge additional fees for projects requiring confidentiality or restrictions on photography, video, or public discussion.

9. ABANDONED PROPERTY

Completed items must be claimed or shipping arrangements completed within ninety (90) days of notification of completion.

Rocket Collect reserves the right to assess reasonable storage fees for unclaimed items.

Items remaining unclaimed beyond applicable legal requirements may be considered abandoned property and handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Rocket Collect provides educational materials, workshop guides, videos, tutorials, and demonstrations for informational purposes only.

Individual results will vary.

Rocket Collect makes no guarantee that customers will achieve any specific restoration, grading, financial, or business outcome.​

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Rocket Collect guides, videos, photographs, educational materials, written content, branding, logos, methods, and training materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, resold, shared, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from Rocket Collect.​

12. REFUNDS

Unless otherwise required by law, services already performed are non-refundable.

Digital products, downloadable materials, and educational content are non-refundable once access has been granted.​

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.​

14. DISPUTE VENUE

Any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction with Rocket Collect shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.​

15. MODIFICATIONS

Rocket Collect reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective upon posting to the Rocket Collect website.​

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting an item, purchasing a product, accessing educational content, using the website, or engaging Rocket Collect for any service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
